Dayshift position available at the Carol Milgard Breast Center. Performs screening and diagnostic mammograms, in addition to breast invasive procedures. ARRT, Registered Mammography technologist with Washington state licensure. Must be and maintain compliant with all CME, education, certification requirements. Candidate responsible for smooth operation of the technical aspects of the imaging services provided at the site to include the development of technical personnel, work flows and equipment maintenance working in conjunction with the Operations Director and the site Medical Director.
Primary duties of the PA include various radiology diagnostic examinations, assisting with and performing interventional procedures utilizing imaging guidance, facilitating inpatient/outpatient consultation and post procedural follow-up, working closely with nine Interventional Radiologists, two Neuro-interventional Radiologists and three Physician Assistants to support our rapidly expanding IR and NIR service.
Strong clinical experience with surgical, intensive care or interventional radiology/cardiology background preferred. This position requires a licensure to practice in the state of Washington.

Under direction of the CFO, this position directs or performs all accounting and finance related duties and activities, including: month-end close and related activities, internal cost accounting, cash management, treasury management, tax-related document preparations and accounting that requires knowledge of specialized rules and regulations; assists with the preparation of internal budgeting and forecasting; provides significant accounting expertise to company management in order to help the organization achieve fiscal goals; and performs other related duties as required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervises all activities of the accounting staff to ensure work accuracy and deadlines are consistently met.
• Plans, directs, organizes and schedules the activities of the accounting department and staff.
• Analyzes, develops and documents and internal control procedures for all aspects of the accounting cycle.
• Provides operating cost visibility, direction and consultation to CFO relative to fiscal planning, internal control, and operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepares and/or directs the preparation of special statistical reports, detailed cost accounting information, surveys or analyses of a complex and difficult nature for management.
• Interprets various accounting data, analyzes reports and recommends and/or initiates actions to be taken
• Interacts with various external lending, banking and accounting firms as required by the practice.
• Maintains on-going knowledge of pertinent professional and related legal literature to establish and/or recommend changes to accounting procedures and operations.
Requirements/Skills:
• 3 to 5 years experience managing or supervising technical and analytical staff required; preferably in healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable.
• Experience with developing internal controls, policies and procedures required.
• Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board rules and regulations.
• Ability to manage daily operations, supervise staff and ensure “cross coverage” of all departmental functions.
• Ability to interact effectively with physicians, clinical staff, management, and external professional staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare technology, particularly in the radiology discipline, and a history of bringing solutions to the business place in a proactive manner. This person should be a team player who actively inspires others to work towards common goals. Along with the other Sr. Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, and Helpdesk Support Engineer, this position has primary responsibility for designing, managing, and supporting TRA’s servers, networks, and infrastructure systems, while also having primary responsibility for the documentation and configuration control of systems, with a primary goal of ensuring highly-available systems. In conjunction with other team members, this position has overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with security standards, patch management, business continuity/disaster recovery, and capacity planning while overseeing or performing daily maintenance and monitoring tasks. There is regular interaction with staff outside of the IT area, which requires this individual to have the ability to work effectively with physicians, clinical staff, management, and vendors. A minimum of 5 years experience managing complex technology systems is required, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline is highly desirable. Formal training and/or experience with storage systems (SAN, NAS, etc) is required.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the business planning and tactics rollout for a breast health program for the purpose of growing mammography screening patient referrals. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing vendors, building strong customer relationships to gain screening referrals; and the development and management of a customer relations program. The Marketing Specialist must have the interpersonal and communication skills to work in ambiguous situations and to work professionally with internal and external customers as complaints, issues, and concerns arise. Impeccable customer service skill set, excellent written communication skills, and extensive working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and database software are essential.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should posses the following: A minimum of two years experience, preferably within healthcare, in a field based marketing/sales position selling a tangible product and/or service is required. Management of a customer relations program designed for documenting customer relationship information for monitoring and increasing sales/services. A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR/Communications, or related field is required. Solid Microsoft Office experience with Excel and Word and the knowledge and ability to learn and actively use additional database and related software is required. Candidate needs to be comfortable registering and scheduling patients, answering phone calls, communicating professionally with others, verifying insurance coverage, collecting account payments, and monitoring the patients’ families while in the reception area. The Physician Administrative Support team member is responsible for communication with outside offices, provider offices, insurance companies, and patients. This position requires professional and courteous demeanor while handling a heavy phone volume. The position provides administrative support to TRA radiologists and TRA leadership team, working as part of a team with some direct supervision. It requires organizational skills, discretion, judgment, ability to maintain confidential information, as well as problem solving skills. This position is scheduled to support normal work flows within the office and to phone coverage demands. Work situations include functions requiring decision making ability within the scope of position responsibilities, attention to detail, prioritization and interpersonal talent. Being able to work closely with team mates in a professional office environment is key to this position. High School Diploma or GED required. The Billing Department at TRA’s Business office is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Clerical Support person. Responsibilities include answering billing-related questions with callers who had services at any of the outpatient sites, in a friendly and professional manner. Candidate must be professional and courteous in communicating with outside offices, provider offices, insurance companies, and patients. Must be able to handle high call volumes and provide accounts receivable follow-up. Process incoming and outgoing mail; prepare the payments for the posting team; and total physical bank deposits to meet required deadlines. This position assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
