Site Operations Coordinator
The Site Operations Coordinator assists the Site Manager by supporting patient flow and operational continuity responsibilities in their absence and models excellent customer service to TRA-MINW’s patients and clinic staff. This position must have a clear understanding of support staff skill set/competencies and the ability to provide input, feedback, and training when necessary. They must lead by example and ensure the efficiency and smooth running of the daily operations of the site(s). The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, judgment, problem solving ability and the ability to maintain confidential information.
