Marketing Coordinator

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, primary responsibilities include the support, coordination, and administration of marketing websites, events, programs, projects and assisting the marketing team and customers. Specific responsibilities for this position include fielding questions and requests from referring providers and triaging requests to the marketing team; managing website content and social networking; creating marketing collateral and graphics; managing the marketing calendar, sponsorships and meetings; other marketing administrative duties as assigned. Solid working experience in Microsoft Office with some Adobe Creative Suite experience is mandatory. This position requires strong internal and external customer relationship skills, working within a fast-paced team environment, effective time management and organization experience, multi-tasking abilities, and project tracking skills. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
